These terms cover the use of Sable unless a signed order form says otherwise. Starter is free and stays free. Team and Scale are billed annually in advance, or monthly at twenty percent more, and prices are per month in USD excluding tax. You can add sources and people at any time and the change is prorated to the end of the term. Either side can end the agreement with thirty days notice before renewal, and annual plans are refunded pro rata if we are the ones who end it. Your data stays yours. We hold a license to read it only so we can answer your questions, and that license ends when the account does. Uptime is 99.9 percent per month on Team and Scale, measured on the public status page, with service credits set out in the order form. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, and neither side is liable for indirect loss. California law governs these terms and the state and federal courts in San Francisco County have jurisdiction.
