How does annual billing work?

Team and Scale are billed once a year in advance. Monthly billing is available at twenty percent more, and you can switch at renewal.

What counts as a source?

One warehouse, one app or one workspace. Five Notion workspaces count as five. One Snowflake account with forty schemas counts as one.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Everyone at your company can ask questions on every plan, including the free one. You pay for sources and history.

Can we move between plans?

Any time. Upgrades are prorated to the end of the term and downgrades take effect at renewal.
