Privacy policy

Sable Technologies, Inc., San Francisco, California, decides how the personal information on this site is used. The contact form collects your name, work email, phone number and whatever you write in the message, and it is used for one thing: to answer you. Product data is separate. When you connect a source, Sable reads schemas, column names and the rows needed to answer a question, and it keeps that inside your own cloud. We do not copy your rows into our systems and we never use your data to train a model. Inquiries that do not become an account are deleted after twelve months. Account data is deleted thirty days after you close the account, except invoices, which tax law makes us keep for seven years. You can ask for a copy of your data, for a correction or for deletion at any time by writing to privacy@sable.com, and we answer within thirty days. Our sub-processors are AWS for hosting in us-east-1 and eu-west-1, Stripe for billing and Postmark for email. The current list with regions sits on the security page.
