The problem
Northwind grew by acquisition, and each acquisition arrived with its own schema and its own naming. Nobody could say with confidence which table held the current shipment status.
What changed
Rather than consolidate first and ask later, they pointed Sable at the warehouse as it stood. The graph showed which tables were actually queried and which were dead.
Where they are now
The consolidation is still planned, but it is now scoped from evidence rather than from guesswork.
