Churn risk now shows up before the invoice does

Support and billing lived in different tools, so a struggling account looked healthy until it cancelled.

The problem

Billing sat in Stripe, conversations sat in Intercom and usage sat in BigQuery. Nothing tied them together, so the first sign of trouble was a cancellation email.

What changed

Sable linked the three around one account entity. A rise in ticket volume next to a drop in usage now reads as one signal instead of three unrelated charts.

Where they are now

Surprise churn, meaning accounts lost without anyone flagging them first, fell by 31 percent in the first quarter after switching.

We killed four dashboards in the first week. Nobody asked for them back.
